Harry Potter Guesses

Less than a week to go. We gotta get some guesses going. For me, I hope Harry dies, though don't think she'll do it. And Snape will turn out to be good, simply because, well: Dumbledore is always right. Also, saw the movie this weekend and just loved it. Imagine it's near impossible for a non-Potter reader, but I'd rather us book readers be happy (screw you moviegoers who don't read!).

Also, for a truly great ending, check out this contest winning ending by Tamar Siegel, age 12. Love this idea.

WOW. The 12 year old managed to do something that the movies (and the 1st 1/3 of book #1) hadn't done for me to date: make me want to read the books.

I started book #1 years ago and was bored. Then I got dragged to each of the movies by friends - including on Friday night for #5, which I thoroughly enjoyed, but still had no desire to read the books.

But the 12-year-old just made me want to revisit book #1 and get caught up. I wonder if I can clear my schedule and read all 6 by Friday at midnight. Hmmmmmmm.

Loved the latest movie and can not wait till Saturday. I think Keith Olberman had a great piece on a possible ending. It's working reviewing.

That 12 year old girl stole my idea!! Or at any rate that's what I figured Rowling was going for when she explained what "horcrux" is. I read on The Beat that Rowling refuses to discuss her religion because it would give away the ending...

Have to say that the latest film was basically a 2 hour montage without any plot/character development. Read the book people!!
